uh.. I don't know the words - what does it mean? ...is Mayim somethin to do with water? isn't Motsa slang for money somwhere - Australia maybe? i dont really know...
might be good to have a name that rings some bells for people. You could name it after your last post-er, given that it's at St. Peters church hall. Pete's __________, fill in the blank with something suitable.
Motsa mayim means a bubbling, gushing water source. But we've scrapped that idea cos it's too complicated. We're really trying to find a name that will encompass all that God's been saying to us about the cafe being a water source in a thirsty place and a place where God's presence is. We're now considering calling it 'Isaiah 35' since that's the passage that God keeps bringing us back to. This naming thing is really tough!!!!
A water source in a thirsty place is usually called an oasis - how about that? Or the Watering Hole (not sure!). It also depends what you're trying to do - a name that will communicate with church people may mean nothing at all to local youth, so it's a question of who you're trying to communicate with.
Or, in memory of the last 2 weeks of cricket, you could call it the Stuffed Pom.
